MOMENTOUS CONSTRUCTIONS is led by a group of efficient construction professionals, with a wide range of experience in different fields of construction. The company also has a professional tie-up with different consultants for any required assistance in the respective field and a vast resource bank consisting of labor and equipment to draw from in order to provide high-quality time-bound jobs.
MOMENTOUS CONSTRUCTIONS, We have a complete 360° construction perspective viz. projects that may include design & drawing, construction, elaborate interior, automation, ventilation, and everything that a project may demand.
THE OBJECTIVE
- Provide the client with value-conscious professional construction assistance for civil and interior construction including all necessary services within the stipulated time frame with modern project management tools and at the optimum cost with assured quality control.
- To provide the client a single agency solution for all construction requirements including all necessary services for the proposed project. We do have an in-house facility for structure design with experience engineering in the field and necessary tie-ups with other engineering agencies for cost-efficient timely solutions to the construction requirements of our projects.
- To lay emphasis on time management and complement that with high quality and deliver to the client.

Complete Building Constructions With External Development includes:-
- Excavation, PCC, RCC, Brick Work, Electrical Conduit (Slab +Walls) Plaster Work.
- Tiles and stone work, CPVC and UPVC Toilets Work, Wooden Doors chaukhat work and Complete interior work with Painting ETC or up Key Handing Over .
- Rebarring Work By Hilti and Bosch by our Self team.
- Water proofing in Toilets, Greenery, water bodies and Non Tower Area.
- Fire Fighting Works As per drawings provided.
- Sewer Lines with STP/ETP and Manholes.
- Storm Lines with Manholes.
- Water Supply lines with Under ground water tank and Irrigations lines.
- Fixing Of Kerb Stones, Cobble stones and Pavers For Roads and Foot path.
- RCC Road by approved Grade (M-25 or M-30) through Trimix/Dewatering method.
- Repainting with repairing of Old/Existing structures/buildings.
- Front elevation Work/Fascade work.
- Landscaping work with complete designing.
- High Security Fencing/Techno-Commercial Solar Fencing with SS Pipe of 304 Grade.
- Electrical Work with Complete Cabling in trenches, Pole fixing and complete up to feeder pillar or transformer.
